Creator of the Comfort Massage

This unique treatment was created to increase the level of calm during your massage for those who want to experience stress free living in a maddening world. It combines Ayurveda massage with the “open palm” technique used in oncology massage, gently drawing the negative stuck energy out of your body without disrupting the delicate lymphatic system or activating muscle memory. The deliberately slow downward moving strokes quiet your static energy, grounding you providing balance and clear thinking.

Behavioral modification may be implemented to gain new insights on how to circumvent negative automatic nervous system responses that have left their mark on your emotional health. Then guided imagery and yoga breath-work initiate a meditative state where the actively engaged brain, generating low amplitude beta waves, is quieted to the 5-8 cycles a second of theta brain wave activity where thoughts flow unencumbered resulting in an uncluttered mind and greater productivity after the session.

This lovely balance between the mind, body and spirit remains. You leave in a deepened state of relaxation, with a clear mind, solid footing and new found knowledge on how to live without stress in your life.
